Demcon Group provides end-to-end construction services, managing every stage of project delivery from early works and planning through to completion and handover. Our integrated approach is focused on quality, safety, program certainty, commercial performance and risk management, giving clients confidence at every stage of the construction journey.
Demcon was founded in 2022. Our leadership was not. Our executive team brings decades of combined experience across Sydney and international projects, spanning a broad range of properties and sectors, from large-scale residential communities to complex commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure programs. That depth of experience shapes how every Demcon project is planned, managed and delivered.

Mark Zreika
Chief Executive Officer
Mark leads Demcon's strategic direction, client partnerships and corporate governance. His delivery record spans major projects across Sydney and international markets, across a broad range of properties and sectors, giving Demcon executive depth in property, finance and construction at scale.
Rayan Fakhreddine
Construction Director
Rayan directs construction delivery across the Demcon portfolio. His career spans some of Sydney's most substantial residential and mixed-use programs, with deep expertise in multi-stage, high-density delivery from early works through to settlement-ready handover.
Mark Gerdovic
Commercial Manager
Mark oversees commercial management across the group: procurement, contract administration, cost control and risk. His discipline underpins the program and cost certainty Demcon is known for.
Georgia Bower
Bid Manager
Georgia leads bids and pre-construction engagement, coordinating estimating, methodology and consultant input so clients receive clear, well-founded proposals from first contact.
